How It Works
Getting Started
First, fill out the Travel Quote Request Form completely, pay the research fee, and send it back my way. Once it lands in my inbox, you'll have 3-4 quotes in hand within 2-3 business days. Every so often I'll need to circle back with a quick question or two, so double-check that your preferred contact info on the form is correct — that way nothing slows us down.
The Fees (and Why They're All Refundable)
Research Fee — $25 per party/room
This is paid before I put together your quotes (group trips have a different fee structure). It's fully refundable — once you take your trip, that $25 comes right back to you.
Cancellation Fee — $25 per traveler
This one's paid once your trip is booked. Also fully refundable once you travel.
Here's the honest reason behind both: I'm not paid by the travel supplier until after you've traveled. Every quote, every bit of research, every question I answer along the way happens on good faith — trusting that you'll book with me and follow through on the trip. Some advisors handle that risk by charging a planning fee upfront. I'd rather do it this way: a small refundable fee that protects the time and expertise I put in, and comes straight back to you once you've taken the trip it was for.
