The Bahamas

Explore 700+ islands and cays...

The Bahamas is a sun-drenched archipelago of 700+ islands and cays just waiting to be explored — think crystalline turquoise waters, sandbars, powdery beaches (yes, including those dreamy pink-sand shores), and the kind of effortless island charm that makes it very hard to leave.

Every island brings something different to your adventure.

And these are just a few of the incredible corners this archipelago has to offer.

Whether you're snorkeling vivid reefs, celebrating at a local Junkanoo festival, or simply swaying in a hammock with nowhere to be, The Bahamas has a way of giving every traveler exactly what they didn't know they needed.

Nassau: Nassau is the vibrant capital of The Bahamas — a Caribbean hub where colonial history, pristine beaches, and world-class resorts come together on the island of New Providence, just a bridge away from Paradise Island.

Two areas, one destination:

  • New Providence — Home to Nassau, the international airport, and historic landmarks like Fort Charlotte and Fort Fincastle

  • Paradise Island — A bridge away, known for mega-resorts like Atlantis, luxury marinas, and upscale dining

The Abacos: Known as the "Boating Capital of the Bahamas," the Abaco Islands stretch 120 miles of calm, crystal-clear waters — a world-class destination for sailing, yachting, sportfishing, and island-hopping. Colorful New England-style villages, a laid-back sailing culture, and reef diving along one of the longest barrier reefs in the Western Hemisphere give Abaco its unmistakable charm. From hidden caves and secluded cays to beachfront hotels in Marsh Harbour, Treasure Cay, and Walker's Cay, it ranks among the Bahamas' most beloved island chains.

The Exumas The Exumas are known for luminous sapphire waters and world-class boating, beaches, and nature. Astronauts have called it the most beautiful spot on Earth from space.

There are 3 distinct regions define the destination:

  • Great Exuma — The main hub, home to George Town, the international

    airport, and most resorts

  • Little Exuma — A quieter, bridge-connected island with the iconic Tropic

    of Cancer Beach

  • The Exuma Cays — A secluded northern chain of private islands and famous wildlife encounters

Eleuthera: Eleuthera is a pencil-thin, 110-mile-long island of rugged, untouched beauty. The island acts more like a remote hideaway than a tourist attraction. No all-inclusives, no casinos, no chain restaurants -- not even a traffic light-- It's just open beaches, local charm, and a slower pace of life. If your idea of paradise is empty shores and genuine disconnection, Eleuthera delivers. Here, you can truly disconnect from your chaotic daily schedules. Here, you can truly unwind and refresh -- this is a real get-a-away. If you need resort conveniences or buzzing nightlife, look elsewhere.

Harbour Island: Just off the northern tip of Eleuthera, Harbour Island is a tiny gem — roughly 3.5 miles long and 1.5 miles wide — celebrated for its historic pastel cottages, charming boutique hotels, and one of the most photographed beaches in the world. Its signature 2.5-mile stretch of hard-packed pink sand lines the entire Atlantic side of the island, earning consistent top-beach recognition from Fodor's, Frommer's, and The Travel Channel.
